Publisher's Game Description: It is our great honor to introduce the first ever Uglydoll card game! We first met these adorable characters a couple of years ago and have been chomping at the bit ever since to bring them to life. We hope you enjoy playing this frenetic game of fast reflexes as much as we have enjoyed making it. A word to the wise: You might want to remove any jewelry or breakable objects before playing or else it might really get Ugly!

Reviews & Comments:
BGG Rebekah B: Rating of 8/10 is for playing with kids. The premise of this fast reaction game is simple: flip over cards and be the first to grab cards when 3 matching pictures are revealed. Whether it's the silly Uglydoll pictures, the shouting of "Ugly, ugly, ugly!" to resolve ties, or just the constantly-changing game state that keeps you on your toes, there's something about the game that produces a lot of laughter. It plays very quickly, so it's easy to squeeze a game in. The best part, though, is the first-player rule: the player who most recently took a bath gets to start. This turned out to be a surprisingly strong incentive for my bath-hating son to voluntarily bathe ! How many games can you say that about?
BGG Tom Vasel:"... with children involved the game becomes a riotous, fun time. I don't know how well the cards will hold up over dozens of games (they've done well through six), but games can be wild and silly; and this makes the game a tremendous one for children as young as four years old (even though the rules recommend six and older)... BGG Alexus Ng:"A game that tests on reflexes. As players flips opens cards of their hand, if there is any 3 matching dolls, Players should try to cover the 3 ugly doll cards with their hands and shout "Ugly", "Ugly", "Ugly". It does not matter if players have covered all the 3 doll cards as players will get the number of cards which they have covered. Good points: A pure party game for rowdy group of friends. Bad points: A game that I will never recommend to serious players. This is a game which I will get bored after palying for a few times.
How To Play: Join OX, Wedgehead and the rest of the Uglydolls in their first ever fast-action card game. Turn over cards until you spot three matching Uglys. Then race like an Ice-Bat out of Heck to grab a match before they all get snatched. Claim the most cards and you claim the game. Winning isn't always pretty, but it's always fun!
BGG Joe L.:"Another great one for the kids from Gamewritght. Falls into that category of games that kids and adults can play without the adults playing down."
BGG Nevin Ball:"A silly, fast-paced reflex game that I enjoy playing with my 7-year old daughter."
BGG Eric Johnson:"Kids: It's a good game for little ones. It's all about collecting cards at a frantic pace. There is no strategy, but my 3 year old can play, and that's what we got it for."
BGG Scot Rose:"For some reason my wife likes playing when my brother does. Nothing like a game where everyone gets to slap everyone silly to improve relationships"
