The Fun Memory Race Around the Pond!
It's nap time at the pond but the baby frogs still want to play. Baby frogs try to be the first to hop around the pond without being seen by the adult frogs. Players guess or remember which adult frog popping eyes will freeze the baby frogs in their race. This fun memory game is a delight for the entire family!
BGG Sagrilarus:" I've tossed a 7.8 rating on this game to start, which flies in the face of the usual threes and fours that good games for kids get on Board Game Geek. But this isn't for us big kids -- it's for the little ones. And this game is more fun than an in-the-park home run by my measure. The only other kid game that I have seen captivate my kids as much as Froggy Boogie is Amazing Labyrinth (which I also highly recommend) but it simply cannot reach down to four years of age like this game does. The publisher, Blue Orange is small and likely doesn't print large runs of its games -- don't miss out on this gem."
Comments & Reviews:
BGG Nick Ansbach:"Rated a 10 out of 10 on behalf of my kids - they like it even more than Gulo Gulo and they can play it by themselves. Best small kid's game out there in my opinion. "
BGG Mark Bosch:"The game could be easily played for 3 year old children in it's easiest version. The components are top notch, the frog colours are really nice and suitable for children. The game mechanics combines memory (the children have to remember which eye of every mother frog) is the dangerous one and colour recognition. "
BGG Mark Casiglio:"This game gets a 10 on components! The game play itself is a little lucky and simplistic memory game, but the components make it very special for the kids. Highly recommended. One of the best games I've come across for young kids. Up there with Gulo Gulo and Chicken Cha Cha Cha. "
